Breeding conditions:
|
| Breeding conditions were favourable for Rough-legged Buzzard due to the second successive season of both lemming and vole out-break, absence of reindeer herds in the study area in nesting period, and relatively favourable weather conditions. Arctic Foxes were common and bred, Pomarine Skuas nested successfully.
